  • President or their Designee: Council 2 will pay round trip mileage for all miles driven over 50 for you or your designee. A mileage reimbursement form will be handed out at registration. Upon conclusion of the conference, please turn this in. A reimbursement check will be mailed to you. The Council will also pay for one night's lodging (room and tax) at the Campbell's Resort, the reception, the cost of training, and the luncheon on Saturday. Any additional expenses incurred will be your or your Local's responsibility.  
 
  • In addition, if you wish to stay a second night please send a check payable to Council 2. Traditional & Deluxe: $152  x 11.2 % = $ 169.02. We must receive this payment before September 29th to secure the reservation
 
  • If you are unable to attend, you may designate a substitute to take your place. Council 2 will pay for expenses as outlined above for the designee. The hotel does require a credit card upon your checking in for incidentals. 
 
  • Additional Members Fee: $30 per person. Additional members from the same Local are eligible to attend. Please send a check payable to Council 2 for all applicable fees.
 
  • Guests Fee: $15 per person. This fee allows your guest (non-member) to attend the reception Friday evening and/or the hosted luncheon on Saturday.
 
  • If they will need their own sleeping room, attendees other than the President or their designee need to pay for their rooms upon departure.
 
  • Hotel Rates: The room rates are: Traditional & Deluxe: $152  x 11.2% = $169.02.
 
  • Please mail your registration and hotel fees to:  PO Box 750, Everett, WA  98206 and make your check payable to Council 2.
 
  • Confirmation numbers and a Tentative Agenda will be E-mailed a week prior to the conference.
